28th February, 2011 Irish Lottery News
For the third week in a row, the Irish Lotto went without a jackpot winner on either of the two draws in each week. As always though, there were plenty of small winners but whilst no one manages to match all six numbers the jackpot for the Irish Lottery just continues to grow. Here is a look at what happened during last week’s Irish lotteries:
On Wednesday, February 23rd, 2011, the Irish Lotto winning numbers were 5-12-17-19-40-41, and the Bonus Ball was 10. There are several number trends to report from this drawing including the number 5 being drawn for the third week in a row, the Bonus Ball being 10 for the second week in a row.
The Lotto Plus 1 winning results (read more) and numbers were 6-9-15-28-34-44, and the Bonus Ball was 43. For the second week in a row 44 was drawn, so keep an eye on this number. The Lotto Plus 2 winning numbers were 7-12-18-20-25-27, and the Bonus Ball was 11. 7 has been drawn six times in the month of February.
On Saturday, February 26th, 2011, the winning Irish Lotto digits were 1-6-20-27-35-40, and the Bonus Ball was 10.
Lotto Plus 1 winning numbers were 1-2-18-20-22-40, while the Bonus Ball was 25. This was a very interesting drawing because 1, 2, and 22 were all drawn last Saturday too. Winning Lotto Plus 2 numbers were 1-2-3-17-25-31; the Bonus Ball was 27. The 1-2 beginning combo has been very prevalent in both the Irish Lotto Plus 1 and Plus 2 drawings lately.
The next Irish Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 drawings happen on Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011. The Irish Lotto jackpot is going to be a big one at €6,000,000.
