€7 Million Irish Lotto Jackpot on Offer Tomorrow
The Irish Lotto jackpot is now worth an impressive €7 million after players in Wednesday’s draw were unable to match all six main numbers. The top prize comes as a result of ten consecutive draws without a big winner and is the third highest Irish Lotto jackpot seen so far this year.
The last Irish Lotto jackpot to be won was from the draw on Wednesday 9th April when one lucky ticket holder from the North East scooped the €6.4 million jackpot prize. Since then, the jackpot has continued to roll, increasing by €500,000 with every draw.
While Wednesday’s Irish Lotto draw did not see a jackpot winner, a second place prize of €25,000 was given out for the first time in three draws. Just one lucky ticket holder landed the prize after they matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball.
Following closely behind were the 38 players who matched all five main numbers to claim a prize of €1,426 each and the 95 players who claimed a prize of €143 each for matching four main numbers plus the Bonus Ball.
A further 31,890 players won prizes worth between €5 for matching just three main numbers up to €49 for matching four main numbers. Both the Irish Lotto Plus 1 and the Irish Lotto Plus 2 draws ended without any top tier winners but thousands of other prizes were given out in both draws. A full prize breakdown from the draws can be found on the Results page.
If you’d like to participate in tomorrow’s Irish Lotto draw, tickets can be purchased online by following the Tickets tab or in person from an authorised retailer.
