Irish Lottery Jackpot Increases to €4 Million!
Wednesday night’s Irish Lottery draw resulted in a quadruple rollover as no ticket holder managed to match the six main numbers drawn and scoop the top prize. The €3.3 million jackpot remains unclaimed and will increase to a tidy €4 million for the draw on Saturday 23rd August.
Last night’s winning Irish Lotto numbers were 21, 22, 27, 30, 32 and 40 with Bonus Ball 24. No player matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win the second-tier fixed prize of €25,000 but 22 lucky ticket holders scooped a respectable €2,183 each when they matched five main numbers.
There were 92 players who snapped up €131 each for matching four main numbers plus the Bonus Ball and an additional 1,253 players picked up €59 each when they matched four main numbers. The next prize tier saw 1,843 ticket holders matched three main numbers and the Bonus Ball to receive €27 each and, finally, there were 21,534 players who matched three main numbers to receive €5.
The last Irish Lotto jackpot win was on Wednesday 6th August when a winning ticket in the South East snapped up the €5.9 million top prize. The jackpot then reset to €2 million and has been rolling over ever since.
