Irish Lottery Jackpot Not Won This Year
We are now nearly three weeks into January but the Irish Lottery jackpot has still not been won this year! Currently standing at an estimated €5 million, an amount we haven’t seen from this lottery since October 2010, there is bound to be much interest in the Irish Lotto draw for tomorrow night as players strive to be the first winner of 2012. The Gallagher family from Moneymore in Drogheda were the lucky Irish Lottery players who scooped a jackpot of €5,178,377 on the draw of 15th October 2011 with their own selection of numbers.
The winning numbers for the last €5 million Irish Lottery jackpot were 4, 9, 16, 28, 32, 38 with the bonus ball 1 and this made us want to compare the numbers with the second most recent €5 million jackpot. On 27th August 2011 the jackpot reached €5,023,534 after five rollovers but continued to roll until 24th September 2011 when it was won by the McIntyre Family from Belmullet. However we are looking at numbers for €5 million jackpots and on 27th August 2011 the numbers drawn were 17, 18, 19, 31, 32, 44 with the bonus ball 29. In May 2011 the Irish Lottery results revealed winning numbers of 7, 12, 24, 36, 43, 45 and bonus ball 34 for a €5,076,220 jackpot.
From the previous three draws that have boast a €5 million jackpot there is only one number that has appeared in at least two of the draws and that is 32 which is in fact the sixth most common drawn number in the Irish Lottery results having made a total of 84 appearances. However it hasn’t been out for 34 days so is it going to be drawn tonight?
