Irish Lottery Jackpot Surpasses €5 Million Mark
The Irish Lottery jackpot now stands at €5.5 million after seven draws without a jackpot winner.
The numbers from last night’s Irish Lottery draw were 5, 20, 21, 24, 33 and 35 with the Bonus Ball 30 but no players were successful in matching the winning combination. Consequently, Match 5 was the first winning prize tier and saw a total of 17 ticket holders each win €2,690. In the remaining prize tiers, over 24,000 players won a prize worth between €5 and €171. You can get a full prize breakdown from last night’s draw by visiting the Irish Lottery Results page.
Out of the 12 Irish Lottery draws that have taken place this year, the jackpot has only been won twice. The first win of the year came on Saturday 4th January when a ticket holder from the East matched all six main numbers drawn to win the entire top prize of €8.1 million. The second jackpot win was on Saturday 18th January when, surprisingly, a total of six ticket holders managed to successfully match the numbers drawn to share a jackpot of €3.5 million.
Since then, the jackpot has remained elusive and currently stands at €5.5 million after seven draws without a top prize winner. For your chance to break the run of Irish Lotto rollovers, make sure you take part in Saturday’s Irish Lottery draw.
