Irish Lottery Results for Saturday 18th April 2015
More than 30,000 ticket holders won cash amounts on Irish Lotto on Saturday 18th April, sharing a prize pot of nearly €400,000 between them. Although there was no jackpot winner, prizes ranged from €5 for matching three numbers up to €1,462 for the 43 players who matched five main numbers in the draw.
The winning line was 6, 12, 27, 35, 36 and 42 with Bonus Ball 41, and there is a full prize breakdown available by clicking on the Results tab. You can also find details of the Lotto Plus 1 draw, in which three ticket holders matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to bag €3,500, and Lotto Plus 2.
Wednesday’s Irish Lotto jackpot will now stand at €3.5 million, following a run of three rollovers since an online ticket holder banked a cool €2 million on Wednesday 8th April. In the following draw on Saturday 11th April, a young mum from Co Meath claimed €350,000 by matching all six numbers in Lotto Plus 1, inspired by the family syndicate from the same county which scooped the main jackpot of €10.6 million earlier in the month.
You don’t have to be from Meath to win big on the Irish Lottery, but many will choose to buy their tickets there in the hope of tapping into the well of Lotto luck. Others will stick with their lucky numbers, clutch rabbits’ feet tightly or be on the lookout for two magpies who will bring them joy.
To be in with a shot at collecting a fortune you should play Irish Lotto online, wherever you are in the world, or in person at authorised retailers around Ireland. Click on the Tickets link to find out more on how to join in the fun with this exciting game.
