Irish Lottery Results for Saturday 28th March 2015
The Irish Lotto jackpot will reach €10 million on Wednesday night after Saturday’s draw ended in the fifteenth rollover since Thursday 5th February. The game’s top prize only hit eight figures once in the whole of 2014, but Wednesday’s jackpot will represent the second time it has passed that milestone in the first quarter of 2015, following the €10.2 million payday which was shared by two friends on a single ticket nearly two months ago.
Saturday’s winning numbers were 2, 10, 18, 26, 39 and 43 with Bonus Ball 7, and players not only missed out on the jackpot, but also the fixed €25,000 prize for matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball. In the main Lotto game, 60 ticket holders matched five main numbers to bag €1,315, with other prizes ranging from €5 for matching three main numbers up to €157 for matching four and the Bonus Ball.
There was more success in Lotto Plus 1, where two ticket holders matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to scoop €3,500 and in Lotto Plus 2, which saw two players also match five and the Bonus Ball to pocket €2,500. Check out the Results section for a full prize breakdown in each of the games and the winning lines from Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2.
Imagine being able to break the news of a €10 million win over a big family Easter Sunday meal this weekend - you could lay on a hunt for jewelled Fabergé Eggs rather than the chocolate kind!
If you want an eight figure boost to your bank account, then you need to buy Irish Lottery tickets online or from authorised retailers across the Republic. Visit the Tickets page for details on how to get hold of entries wherever you are in the world.
