Irish Lottery Results for Wednesday 12th August 2015
No one could match all six main numbers in the Irish Lotto draw on Wednesday 12th August, meaning that Saturday’s draw will now offer a jackpot of €2.5 million. There was a single winner of the €25,000 prize for matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball, with 35 ticket holders matching five main balls to scoop €1,215.
The numbers drawn were 2, 8, 18, 21, 28 and 43 with Bonus Ball 5 and other awards ranged from €5 for matching three main numbers up to €109 for matching four main numbers and the Bonus Ball. See the full Irish Lotto prize breakdown, as well as details of Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2, by clicking the Results tab.
A syndicate of two people collected Saturday 8th August’s €2.5 million Irish Lotto jackpot this week. The pair had been on holiday in Co Wexford and popped into the An Post at Rosslare Harbour to pick up a €4 Quick Pick on the day of the draw.
On picking up their cheque at lottery headquarters in Dublin, the syndicate, who wished to remain anonymous, declared that they would help out family and friends, make donations to their favourite charities and head away on holiday. They are even considering buying a mobile home in Rosslare to remind them of their good fortune in the town.
To book your own trip to the Irish capital to claim a multimillion-Euro payday, you need to buy Irish Lotto tickets. They are on sale online at the Tickets page or from authorised retailers around the country. Good luck!
