Irish Lottery Results for Wednesday 14th January 2015
Irish Lotto’s jackpot rolled over for a tenth time last night as no one managed to match all six main numbers, meaning that players will battle it out for a healthy €7 million top prize on Saturday. One ticket holder did manage to match five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to bank €25,000 and 40 players scooped €1,237 for matching five main numbers.
Other prize amounts won on the night ranged from €5 for matching three main balls up to €143 for matching four numbers and the Bonus Ball. The winning line was 5, 6, 9, 17, 35 and 41 with Bonus Ball 14 and you can see a full prize breakdown at the Results section, which also has details of the Lotto Plus 1 and 2 draws.
The last time the jackpot was struck on Irish Lotto was on Wednesday 10th December, when one player claimed €2.8 million. To become the first top prize winner of 2015, you will need to clutch your lucky rabbit’s foot tightly, polish your horse shoe and avoid black cats until Saturday night.
You will also have to buy some tickets for the draw in order to win, which are available online now by clicking on the Tickets tab, or from any of the authorised retailers around Ireland. Just don’t step under any ladders on your way to make the purchase!
