Irish Lotto Jackpot Scooped in Co Limerick
It was all smiles at Lohan’s Centra shop in Adare, Co Limerick as staff celebrated selling Saturday night’s winning Irish Lotto ticket. The €4 Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw and matched the six main numbers in the winning line to grab a €2 million windfall right after another Irish Lotto jackpot victory on Wednesday 24th June, when one player won €2.9 million.
“I would like to congratulate whoever won from all the staff in Centra Adare,” said shop supervisor Louise Cusack in a comment to the Irish Mirror. “We really hope it is a local and we’ll hopefully be seeing them soon.”
The winning Irish Lotto numbers for Saturday 27th June were 1, 2, 7, 22, 35 and 45 with Bonus Ball 4. Along with the newest jackpot winner, another ticket holder matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to win a set prize of €25,000, with over 34,000 other prize winners snapping up cash amounts worth between €5 for matching three main numbers and €1,707 for matching five main numbers.
Lotto Plus 1 players also had a great evening, with one ticket holder matching all six main numbers drawn to wake up €350,000 richer on Sunday. The entry was sold at a service station in Portarlington.
