The Irish Lotto jackpot rolled over for the second time in a row on Saturday after no one managed to match all six main numbers. The winning numbers drawn were 5, 10, 27, 29, 31 and 35 with Bonus Ball 37 and, although there was no top tier winner, one player did manage to nab the set €25,000 prize for matching five main numbers and the Bonus Ball.
Other cash prizes won on the night ranged from €5 which was claimed by 33,649 ticket holders who matched three main numbers up to €1,420 received by 45 players who matched five main numbers. There is a full prize breakdown at the Irish Lotto Results page, where you’ll also find details on the latest Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 draws.
Lottery fans in the Republic will have €3 million to play for on Wednesday night when Lotto returns, all hoping for a piece of the luck that saw one ticket win €7.1 million on Saturday 25th October, the last time all six main numbers were matched. The player who bought their ticket in Carrick-on-Shannon is still to come forward but will surely be able to indulge in the best Christmas ever once they collect their winnings.
If you’d like to see your Yuletide plans super-sized, then you can buy your Irish Lotto tickets now for Wednesday’s draw - they are available online or from authorised retailers.
