Saturday’s draw saw not one, but two lucky Irish Lotto Plus 1 participants each secure an astonishing prize of €500,000 by matching all six main numbers, while there was further joy for players in the Lotto Plus 2 draw, where another two participants each became €250,000 richer after winning the top prize in the other supplementary game. The Irish Lotto numbers were 10, 14, 22, 32, 34 and 40, with 27 making an appearance as the Bonus Ball. Another 28 players were successful in the Match 5 tier, scooping €1,626 each, while 82 ticket holders walked away with €140 apiece by matching four numbers and the Bonus Ball. There were also cash prizes ranging from €9 for matching three numbers to €48 for matching four numbers awarded to players, while a further 18,673 Irish Lotto ticket holders will be hoping that Lady Luck shines on them once more after they collected a €3 scratch card for matching two numbers and the Bonus Ball.
The winning Lotto Plus 1 tickets were purchased in Dublin and the west of Ireland, while the Lotto Plus 2 winners bought their tickets in the Midlands and the south of the country.
