Irish Lotto Results for Saturday 2nd April 2016
Saturday’s Irish Lotto draw saw more than 48,000 lucky ticket holders scoop prizes, but the evening ended without a jackpot winner. The largest prize of the evening was €1,403, a sum collected by 30 players, each of whom successfully matched five main numbers.
The winning Irish Lotto numbers were 2, 3, 6, 22, 25 and 42, with 34 emerging as the Bonus Ball. In addition to the 30 winners in the Match 5 + Bonus prize tier, a further 31,489 victors pocketed sums ranging between €7 for matching three numbers and €128 for matching four main numbers and the Bonus Ball. There will be some frantic scratching up and down the country as 16,523 players were fortunate enough to each receive a €3 scratch card for matching two main numbers and the Bonus Ball.
There were no winners of the Lotto Plus 1 or the Lotto Plus 2 jackpots, but there was plenty to celebrate for 114 ticket holders, each of whom scooped €300 by matching 8452 as the lucky Lotto Plus Raffle code. With no players able to secure Saturday’s jackpot, the top prize will now edge its way towards the €5 million mark ahead of this Wednesday’s draw.
