Irish Lotto Results for Wednesday 2nd September 2015
No player managed to snap up the Irish Lotto jackpot on the night before new rules for the game were put into place, but more than 22,000 participants still snagged incredible windfalls, including two players who matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball to win €25,000 each.
The winning numbers were 7, 20, 22, 33, 35 and 42 with Bonus Ball 41. Along with the two Match 5 + Bonus Ball winners, there were 21 participants who matched five main numbers to grab €2,091 each. All remaining prizes distributed in the main game were worth between €5 for matching three main numbers and €193 for matching four main numbers and the Bonus Ball.
Neither Lotto Plus 1 or Lotto Plus 2 saw any top prize winners on the night, but nearly 40,000 participants snagged some great windfalls, including two players who matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball in Lotto Plus 1 to win €3,500 each. Another player landed in the same prize tier on Lotto Plus 2 and was rewarded with €2,500. For a full prize breakdown from all three Irish Lotto draws, visit the Results page.
The next Irish Lotto jackpot will be worth an estimated €5.5 million - if you want to be the first player to claim the top prize in the new version of the game, make sure you buy tickets online or from authorised retailers before sales close on Saturday evening. Good luck and have fun!
