Irish Lottery Jackpot Surpasses €7 million Mark
The Irish Lottery jackpot has surpassed the €7 million mark for the first time since New Year’s Day, after players failed to match all six main numbers in last night’s draw.
The winning numbers from yesterday’s draw are 9, 13, 27, 28, 34, and 39, with the Bonus Ball 40. Although there were no jackpot winners, one player did clinch the second tier prize of €25,000 after successfully matching five main balls plus the Bonus Ball. A further 43 players won €1,419 after matching five main balls while 33,176 ticket holders matched at least three main balls in order to secure prizes worth between €5 and €163. A full prize breakdown is available at the Irish Lottery Results page.
The top prize has eluded players for more than five weeks and, after 11 consecutive rollovers, the jackpot is currently the second highest of 2014. For your chance to break the run of rollovers, visit the Buy Tickets page or alternatively, head down to your nearest retailer to get your tickets for Saturday’s draw.
