On Saturday’s draw held on 27th January, 2024 the jackpot on offer was worth €14.6 million after rolling over for a few months. The grand prize was won by an online player from Dublin. This is the biggest prize ever won online.
It proved to be a lucky weekend for one Irish Lotto participant who managed to match all six main numbers. The winning numbers were 3, 8, 10, 24, 32, 41, with the Bonus Ball 30. If you want to see the results for Lotto Plus 1, Lotto Plus 2, and the Lotto Plus Raffle, you can check out the Results page and find out if you are also one of the winners.
The exact amount is €14,674,966 and this is the seventh-largest jackpot ever won since the launch of the game 37 years ago. It has been confirmed that the winning ticket was sold online, in Dublin. An Irish Lottery spokesperson said: “It’s sure to be a weekend of celebrations for an online player in Dublin who has become the first Lotto jackpot winner of 2024. Not only that but the €14.67 million winner has also taken a list of titles with their massive win including highest online Lotto jackpot winner and the seventh-highest jackpot winner since the game began. It is undoubtedly life-changing and of course shocking for the winner who will see the winning amount on their ticket when they log into their National Lottery account.
As Ireland’s newest multi-millionaire, we are advising the winner to make contact with our prize claims team as soon as possible and we will make arrangements for them to visit the Winners Room to collect their cheque.”
The Irish Lotto winner will need to claim their prize within 90 days.
The next draw will happen on Wednesday and the top prize has been reset to €2 million. If you feel like you could be the next Irish Lotto multi-millionaire, make sure you enter with your luckiest numbers, then check the Results page to see if you matched any of them.
