One Irish Lotto Ticket Scoops €4.8 Million Jackpot
A lucky Irish Lotto ticket holder in the North West has scooped an €4.8 million top prize to become the first jackpot winner of September. The jackpot had rolled over seven times since it was last won on Saturday 23rd August, when an anonymous syndicate took home a €3.9 milllion payday. The winning numbers for last night’s draw were 19, 25, 26, 27, 39 and 45 with Bonus Ball 42.
It was a successful night for all Irish Lotto players, as two ticket holders matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win the second-tier fixed prize of €25,000 each. An additional 30 players snapped up €1,665 for matching five main numbers. The remaining players won amounts worth between €5 for matching three main numbers and €182 for matching four main numbers plus the Bonus Ball.
