Triple Rollover Jackpot at Stake in Saturday's Irish Lottery
Saturday’s Irish Lottery draw gives players the chance to win a jackpot worth €3.5 million after the previous three draws failed to produce a jackpot winner.
In Wednesday’s draw, 29 ticket holders narrowly missed out on winning the jackpot by one number when they matched five out of the six main numbers drawn to each win €1,784. However, as three of these ticket holders also matched the Bonus ball, their win increased to €25,000.
A further 72 players matched four main numbers and the Bonus ball to win €162 while 1,222 ticket holders matched four main numbers to win €59. In the Match 3 prize tier, over 21,000 ticket holders won the set prize of €5.
The last time the Irish Lottery jackpot was won was on Saturday 18th January when six ticket holders matched all six main numbers drawn to share the jackpot worth €3.5 million. This is an unusually high number of jackpot winners and the last time it happened was eight years ago when, on 18th March 2006, six players each won €225,000.
For your chance to follow in the footsteps of these players and win the Irish Lottery jackpot, make sure you have your tickets ready for tomorrow night’s draw. Tickets can be purchased online by visiting the Buy Tickets page or in person from an authorised retailer.
